InCompass® Spinal Fixation System
| The InCompass thoracolumbar fixation system is designed to provide fixation of the thoracolumbar spine with the added benefits of reduced implant volume, lower implant profile, easy construct assembly and instrumentation. |

The Lateral Locking Lip: Designed to reduce head splay and cross threading
InCompass utilizes a patented thread technology called the lateral locking
lip. This flange shaped thread form was designed to improve resistance to
cross threading and reduce instances of problematic head splay – issues
common to other thread forms. In addition the lateral locking lip allows
substantial reductions in implant volume and run on the rod without
compromising overall implant strength.
Point and Rim Technology:
Designed to improve torsional resistance and reduce axial slippage
InCompass utilizes point and rim geometry on our solid core closure tops
to improve the implant’s resistance to axial slippage and torsional forces.
The result is a robust construct suitable for the high loads of demanding
degenerative, trauma and deformity applications.
Innovative
instrumentation, point and rim technology and the lateral locking lip thread
features as well as a host of other features work in concert to provide a
system suitable for virtually any surgeon in a variety of operative
scenarios.
